Inspired by his employee’s efforts, Keith encouraged Devine to expand his assistance to other homeless agencies. Devine’s late oldest brother, Sgt. In 2003, Devine’s vision received a profound endorsement from Mother Grace Tucker, a legendary figure in the homeless community and the founder of the first homeless facility in North Tulsa, the House of Prayer. Though she had never met Devine, Mother Tucker recognized his potential and asked for his help in rebuilding the facility. This encounter further ignited Devine’s passion for serving those in need. Devine’s late mother, a nurse who passed away in 1989, was also instrumental in instilling in him a deep sense of compassion and care for others.
